New/Revised SMSA Bylaws Proposed for 2022

The SMSA Board has been working on reviewing and updating the SMSA bylaws. A new, revised version has been completed and will be up for discussion at the January board meeting on the 25th. Any feedback regarding the proposed bylaws may also be emailed in advance of the board meeting to [email protected]. The proposed bylaw document may be reviewed by clicking here.
