Revised SMSA Bylaws Proposed

The SMSA Board is proposing a change to the bylaws for 2023 to include a new board position of Risk Management Coordinator. Including a Risk Management Coordinator position on the board will align with the expectations as outlined in EPYSA's Risk Management policy.

A revised version of the bylaws has been completed to include this position as a council member on the board beginning in 2023 and moving forward. Adopting the new bylaws and Risk Management position will be up for vote at the February board meeting.
