Periodically, the SMSA board reviews program and registration costs associated with conducting a youth soccer clubs to ensure that all rates are affordable and competitive in comparison with other youth athletic programs. This allows SMSA to cover the necessary costs associated with conducting a youth soccer club.
The fees for the Fall 2019/Spring 2020 soccer year are as follows:
SMSA requires payment of a registration fee for each season (Fall and Spring) that your player participates. SMSA strives to keep costs as affordable for families as possible. Registration fees are used to cover costs including, but not limited to:
Fields & Equipment costs such as lining of fields,( including cost to paint fields); repair and maintenance of fields and goals; team equipment including the purchase of soccer balls, pinnies, cones and goals.
Administrative costs such as website, supplies, and marketing of programs
Fees SMSA pays such as insurance, player registration and team fees to EPYSA; township fees
Programming costs such as training for travel teams

Please note that seasonal registration fees do not include the cost of uniforms for travel players, who also need to purchase a travel uniform to include game shorts, home and away jersey and socks. All players will also need cleats and shin guards and an appropriate size soccer ball for their age level.
